Since I figured out how the oven on this thing works it’s been awesome. I never knew how to use it and I never actually looked at the controls on my microwave before or else I would’ve figured it out. Stupid. Anyway, used up the last of the cookie dough – that 1 batch made a lot. I think I am going to make focaccia tomorrow or the next day and eat it with a butter tomato sauce penne.
